Our company deals with real estates brokerage regarding sales and rent of residential/ commercial units and entire buildings. Our intent is to serve leading customers of this specific sector. We further deal with sales or rent management of private and corporate estate properties, aiming at the placement or the precise research of entire estates to manage as they are or to fraction for investment profitability.
In December 2001 we achieved the “ISO 9001/2000 Quality Certification”, through DNV- Det Norske Veritas (The leading worldwide company in Quality Certification). We wish to list the main services we provide through our brokerage activity: • Appropriate realization of property brochures • Survey of exact areas, including the drafting of new planimetries related to the actual status and feasibility studies for different lay-outs. • Studies related to different allocation • Advertising on dedicated sectorial press • Advertising on newspapers with blurb. • Market surveys for sales/ transfer of capital or “income” estates • Selected Mailing. • Sales offices on building sites • Drafting related to estimates and expert evidence • Activation of specific research engines for marketing campaign on the internet. Our company, with chief seat in Rome, prefers to select personnel that does not comes from this specific sector and then train them, therefore avoiding negative habits that are present in the Italian real estates brokerage. We select our personnel according to the origin of their family and to their cultural and professional motivation towards an occupation in line with the principals of our company, which are the following: style, professionality, transparency and seriousness. All this concerns both the direct and indirect personnel. In 2004, we opened our office in Milan, in 21 Via Montenapoleone, to offer our customers a more complete service, maintaining our intent to serve leading customers of this specific sector, and to manage prestigious residential and commercial estates. In March 2008, we opened our office in Porto Ercole (Monte Argentario), Via della Marina 20, to offer our customers a complete service for sea side residential estates.
